An Evening with Claude Monet

Guest speaker Tish Robinsion, French impressionism specialist, presents
“Claude Monet: In Harmony with Nature.” Open bar and hors d'oeuvres start at
5:30 p.m., with music by the UConn Quartet and a raffle. Presentation starts
at 6:15. Tickets are $65, of which $30 is tax deductible. Proceeds benefit
the Auxiliary’s Homewood Suites project for the Health Center’s Newborn
Intensive Care Nurseries. |

Pumpkin Festival
There will be over 16,000 hand-carved and decorated pumpkins, live entertainment and the grand illumination which begins at dusk and is an amazing sight!

This is a shared bus trip with Farmington Woods; depart from the Health Center academic entrance at 10:45 a.m. Lunch will be at Stillwater’s Restaurant in Charlemont, Massachusetts. Buffet Lunch: garden salad,
choice of roast pork, Yankee pot roast or chicken marsala, homemade rolls, dessert and beverage. The cost is $68.00 per person. Estimated return to Farmington is 9 p.m. |
